I wish there was way more snow this Winter because I just got a new Jeep Wrangler last summer and I was looking forward to ripping up the snow covered roads. Hopefully we'll get lots of mud this Spring.

The older I get, the less I like winter. I had shoulder surgery in December. So this mild winter has been great. Just cleaning snow off my car after work was difficult for a few weeks. I like living in Madison. I'm thankful that we don't have major weather problems like other parts of the country/world, except for an occasional tornado or blizzard. I've thought about moving to somewhere warmer, but I don't want to be that far away from the grandkids. Three years until retiring, maybe move then?!?!

I am just as happy not to have any big snows. But if it means we have to get a ton of rain to have enough water for growing, well I would rather have a bunch of small snows, the melt on contact kind even. So should we anticipate heavy spring rains?

This winter has been great for bicycling...mostly all you have to prepare for is the occasional chilly day but little to no snow or ice to worry about. Didn't really feel like winter!
