  1. I espec like the Omelette station and hot oatmeal. But why aren’t there any food tray racks to hold trays at the food stations, cashier lines, and water dispenser? Without any racks to support trays, people have to put them on the tiny counter space in these areas but there isn’t enough counter space.

    Many of the food containers seem too small so are often out of food because workers have a hard time keeping up with refills. They should be bigger. Also, the lettuce and spinach holders at the salad bar are above counter level so lettuse and spinach spills out on to the counter and gets wasted. You should have tubs for lettuce and spinach like the old dorm had.

  2. The roast beef sandwich and gravy today would be better heated. I’m glad Gordon offers some daily variety instead of the same food everyday like Union South. Cafeterias are better than food courts.
