President Abraham Lincoln is more monument than man to many Americans, with his image printed on our currency and seated atop Bascom Hill, among other places. On Friday, director Steven Spielberg’s movie “Lincoln” debuts. Campus experts discuss the depiction of presidents in the movies, what made Lincoln a great president and what today’s leaders could learn from him.

‘The Cradle Will Rock’ at University Theatre

Written in 1937 by Marc Blitzstein as part of the Works Progress Administration's Federal Theatre Project, "The Cradle Will Rock" is a musical satire about union organization and societal corruption. University Theatre opens its production of the play tomorrow night in the Mitchell Theatre.
